DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE CASES:
The FAA's office for Civil Rights has authority to adjudicate and issue decisions in cases involving civil rights allegations filed under 14 CFR Part 16. On February 22, 2002, the Associate Administrator for Airports delegated to the Assistant Administrator for Civil Rights the authority to prepare and issue final decisions pursuant to 14 CFR Part 16. On February 22, 2002, the Director of the Office of Airport Safety and Standards delegated to the Deputy Assistant Administrator for Civil Rights the authority to prepare and issue director's determinations pursuant to 14 CFR Part 16.
